As a frequent patron of Big D, I've noticed a discrepancy between the online menu prices and the actual prices in-store. On August 23, 2023, a small milkshake that was listed for $4.99 online ended up costing $7.89 at the counter. It would be beneficial for Big D to maintain accurate pricing information on their website to avoid confusion for customers.
Despite the pricing issue, the Big D Burger itself is a standout item with a delicious patty, perfectly cooked bacon, and the best crinkle fries around. The overall experience at Big D is pleasant, with a classic burger joint vibe, ample parking, and friendly service. While the food may not be extraordinary, the welcoming atmosphere and tasty offerings make it a solid choice for a casual meal.
