The food here is always fresh, hot, and made to order, with no peanut oil used, which makes it enjoyable for the whole family. The service is quick and friendly, and despite a simple setting, the cleanliness and quality of the dishes consistently impress me. Every time I order, whether it's kung pao chicken, dumplings, or fried rice, the flavors are light, tasty, and never greasy, making this my go-to choice for Chinese takeout in the area.

Amazing food and amazing people! Ruby and Ai and family work extremely hard and always have a smile when you walk in the door.
We have been going to Ruby China for years, and have never had a bad meal. The food is always fresh, not greasy and delicious!
