We have eaten at this location a couple of times in the last 6 months and can honestly say what a great meal. Seated very quickly, waited on quickly also. Dinner came in just the right amount of time. Everything clean and delicious. No complaints here. Everytime we have eaten here the manager has always made himself available and come to our table to make sure everything is perfect. One of our favorite chain restaurants.

I honestly don't know what happened to Ruby Tuesday the wait was horrible and the food has completely changed for the worse.I had a party of 7 and we had to sit at different tables, one person's food was cold and to others asked for rice pilaf which in the menu said brown rice it wasn't brown at all it actually wasn't rice pilaf. I haven't been to rubies in awhile so I thought it was still the same but I thought wrong and I will never go there again!!!

ZERO STARS Our party of 8 was miserable! 2 steaks were ordered and screwed up TWICE! ordered medium came back well sent back stating leave pink in the middle still no pink! Manager offered sat there for 2 and a half hours. the rest of the party was uncomfortable eating while 2 of the party sat and waited. we then had to wait when there food came back sill not done correctly but they were starving. female manager offered dessert while we were waiting then after we all ordered she said she meant dessert for the 2 whose meal was not good. REAL CLASS ACT! Can not believe you would accept these standards. VERY POOR EXPERIENCE and your manager was clearly more afraid of losing some ice cream instead of making a partly of 8 that ordered expensive dishes and drinks happy.

The food here was fantastic for a chain restaurant! Furthermore, the wait staff were helpful in both making our selection and helping us still feel comfortable when our baby spit up- they all played a small part and seemed happy to be there. That, to me, seems like a fairly uncommon sight in a restaurant.

The crab cake could have been a little bigger for 9.99, but it was absolutely fantastic. And overall, both the facilities and remainder of the restaurant were very clean and modern.

My new favorite chain.
