I have been several times for both Hibachi and Sushi and I have never been let down yet. The food was always great and the staff very pleasant and welcoming. If I had to change anything I would ask that they move from the Calamari Steaks to regular calamari. Excellent choice!

I enjoy Japanese food but was disappointed when I had lunch at your restaurant. With the exception of the meat that was cooked in front of me, the other foods that were served buffet style were not hot and there was not a lot of food in each container. I feel there should have been a lot more food since I arrived there at noon. For example there was only a very small amount of rice (which was cold) and the same for the other dishes and there was a line of people to be served.

The hibachi menu was just OK but the sushi menu is excellent. Most of the staff are very friendly though sometimes a bit slow. Prices are reasonable. Decor is pleasant and inviting. Worth a visit especially if you like sashimi versus the teppanaki offerings.

The atmosphere was great, the lounge wide open, and the decor tastefully done. The service was "brisk" at best; but, to be fair, it was a busy Friday night, so I can excuse them that. The food, however, was sub-par (I am being polite). The dumplings were skimpy, which is not such a big deal; however, when I go to a place like this, I have learned to expect high end cuts of meat. I did not find that here. The quality of my steak was maybe something I would be happy (or at least expecting) if I were to ever get a steak at Friendly's (it was even below the 99). It was tough and chewy, lacked flavor, and had more fat than I have ever got at a Japanese Steak House. That did not stop them from charging $18 for 10 oz. of it. One member of our party of four liked their meal; not enough to bring the rest of us back, ever.

Only went there once for lunch soon after it opened and found the buffet average at best.

We've only been here once for lunch and I'm not sure why we've never been back. We actually liked it quite a bit. I can only guess the location keeps it far enough out of mind that we just haven't thought to go back. They have a nice lunch combo meal. You get a lunch portion of teppanyaki (the chop chop cooking thing at the table) and then a chinese/sushi buffet to go with it for, I believe, $10. It was quite a bit of food and we liked almost everything. I would go back and recommend it if I remember to.
