Placed delivery order, called after one hour of no delivery-very rude person told me it would be there in 10 minutes, 30 minutes later I called and was told it had not even left their bldg yet, asked for manager who was extremely rude and unapologetic.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will NEVER go there again and will share experience with all of our friends,
disgraceful.

My spouse & I ate here before a movie. Very average food.
I had chicken pizzico (described as chix with black olives & artichoke in a white wine sauce) what I got was 1 entire breast that wasn t even sliced in half, looked unappealing.
Just boiled pasta that was UNSEASONED. There was NO wine sauce just water at the bottom of the plate that I had to pour off onto the bread plate. I had to use pats of butter from the bread to season the pasta & salt & pepper, there was NO grated parmesan tableside which would have helped in this situation. Chicken was tasty but lacking in presentation. I cook better Italian at home . My spouse said his pizza was ok. We won t be back lousy service & EXPENSIVE.

My family and I frequent both of these locations often. The food is absolutely wonderful, and there is something on the menu for everyone....There are always new specials and they have never disappointed me. If you want authentic Southern Italian cuisine this is the place to go.

We used to go to the one in Nashua and we loved it! The food is excellent! When they opened one in Merrimack (where we live) we were so excited! The food is delicious!

We just got back from the Pizzico in Merrimack, NH and will never go again. To start with we waited 15 minutes just to get to order a drink, never even got any water. We ordered just soda. Then took another 15 minutes to order food. The order was..for appetizer Carciofi Spinaci (spinach and artichoke dip with bread), Zuppa Di Pesce (seafood in marinara sauce), and chicken parmesan. The bread they brought out to use with the tasteless oil was burnt. Then they bring out the appetizer and I didn't want to finish it so I had room for my dinner and asked to take half home. After the waitress took appetizer away we waited another 25 minutes before dinner was brought out. Now mind you I still have not gotten my salad that comes with the dinner, and never did. And not only that but we had emptied our drinks and the ice was gone. The waitress couldn't be bothered to be flagged down. When the food comes out I asked for cheese (table next to us also asked and was told she could not find any graters, she never bothered looking as two tables behind that couple there were two of them) So when I asked for cheese for my pasta she said the same thing and I had to tell her where to find them. She then begins to give me a dirty grater taken off the table, I gave her a funny look and she proceeded to say "oh let me go clean this up" duh!!!!!!! Never got a plate to put the shells from the seafood on so had to use my plate for my bread. Finished dinner and only had the one refill she comes back to ask if we wanted any desert or coffee. I proceeded with an abrupt, no but I would like to take my salad home. She gets a dumb look on her face and says "Oh". After she brings that and the leftover chicken parm I asked where my leftover appetizer was and she totally forgot about it and said I am sorry I don't know where it went. What? How about I'll be right back with that and I don't care if it got lost get me more, not my fault you screwed up. The food was ok, not great but I have had worse, but the service here was the absolute worst I have ever had in any restaraunt. The service here makes McDonalds look like a gold star restaraunt. I will never, ever eat there again and likewise will tell everyone I work with and customers I come in contact with to stay away and go to Florence's Restaurant on DW Hwy instead.

Went to the Nashua one once, not really impressed. Been to the one here in Merrimack a few times...food is really great when there's no other customers, lousy when its busy. I would think they'd want to step up their service to make a good impression in Merrimack. Guess not.
