I discovered a food truck run by a cheerful guy serving delicious kosher brisket and pastrami, perfectly spiced and at a great price. During my 30-hour business trip to Nashville, it was the only kosher for Passover option available, and I ended up enjoying three meals there. A big thank you to Rabbi Gavriel for the fantastic food and even better conversation!
