I've frequented the recently revamped Chagos multiple times, and each visit has left me impressed with both the delicious food and exceptional service provided by the staff. Today, I indulged in their delectable brunch offerings for the first time, savoring dishes like the breakfast burrito bursting with birria and the avocado toast topped with rich egg and chorizo.
