First, let me say that I use to frequent Samurai's often. However, I will NEVER go back and will tell anyone that will listen why. I typically dont write reviews but after the way the manager spoke to me, I need to go see a lawyer. I placed an order on 7/14/13 at around 2:42. I order the same two rolls all the time. I specifically asked for no avocado and expressed NO AVOCADO. When I got home I ate 2 pieces of the shrimp roll and immediately began feeling sick. I looked at the roll and sure enough there was the avocado. The mistake sent me to the ER with severe stomach pains and I wasnt released until 1:30 am the next day. I called the manager back and explained the issue. He was not willing to accept any responsibility for what had happened. I told him that all I was looking for was a simply apology but had the right to sue him for what took place.
He stated that he believes his employees over me and if I needed to send a letter from my lawyer then thats what I needed to do. Because I know there may be a language barrier, I repeated to him several times that all I was looking for was an apology for my order being incorrect and making me sick. He told me I should have called him yesterday. My reply "I was in the freaking emergency room!" If I could have given them 0 starts I would have. I have never written a review online for a business, but I am going to make sure that I post this to any and every review site I can find!
