Hermitage Steak House is our favorite restaurant and generally it is awesome. However, lastnight February 14th (Valentine's Day) would be the exception. I would suggest to HSH that in the future stick to what works and has made HSH a favorite of many. I won't go into detail but we will not go to HSH on another holiday. Stay with the menu and process that works. Just because it's a holiday one doesn't have to have a special menu and jack up the prices. Lastnight did not go well. Stay with what works. It wasn't just my party. We saw others disappointed as well.

This place is an excellent choice when in Nashville. It has a hand cut salad bar with plenty of choices and homemade dressings. My 16 oz rib-eye was cooked over hickory and should have been shot for a magazine photo. Everything was spot on perfect!!! Go and enjoy, you will not be sorry!!!!
