Been to Panera's all over the U. S. this has got to be the worst. Nasty!

Came in with my wife and kids on a Sunday morning. Floors are dirty, customer service was horrible no one even acknowledged that we were there then someone finally waited on us without any greeting, just “can I get you something.”
There was no coffee, finally someone from the back brought some out. No Togo lids for our coffee. I am very very disappointed, it is usually better
