This family-owned, local restaurant near MTSU serves delicious southern cooking with friendly staff and generous portions that always hit the spot. Their fried chicken, pork steak, hot water cornbread, and variety of comfort foods are consistently flavorful and satisfying, making each visit a comforting experience. The warm atmosphere and hardworking team make it easy to keep coming back for more, especially on their all-you-can-eat catfish days.

My favorite meat-and-three in the Boro consistently delivers great service and delicious food. The family-owned atmosphere adds to the charm, and I particularly enjoy the pork steak and hot water cornbread, which truly satisfy my cravings for southern cooking. Each visit is a joy, especially with friendly staff and a menu that keeps me coming back for more!

I take my staff to Jeff's twice a week, once we found Jeff's this the only place we have lunch.This is by far the best meat and three in the city of Murfreesboro, TN. And trust me we have been to them all. Menu way to large to post, just good old home cooking.
