Mi Ranchito in Gothenburg, Nebraska, is a delightful find just off exit 211 on I-80. The lunch special #6, featuring a delicious burrito with beans and rice for under $8, was a satisfying choice. The friendly service and authentic Mexican food made me feel right at home, and I highly recommend the steak tacos and enchiladas.
