Richard is full of it. I know for a fact the staff CANNOT have their cell phones with them while on the floor. The owner has been on probation for a DUI for the last four months or so and can't touch alcohol - check the public record if you don't believe me.
We sat down and were greeted within less then 60 seconds letting us know they knew we were there. Shortly they came and got our drink order...returned promptly with menus so we look through it while they made the orders. There were four of us and each of us ordering different "specialty" drinks. I had a "Pink Taco" Cabo Wabo and something called X-Rated vodka. VERY GOOD! Waitress was doing something else while bartender brought our drinks in something like maybe four minutes...we were all looking through the menu. It was awesome!!! Choices for any appetite and the waitress was right back to inform us of the specials they had from the kitchen. Gave us a few more minutes as she greeted another table, then came back and took our order. My wife ALWAYS has questions and when ordering always wants things on the side - never straight off the menu. This girl was awesome and my wife even commented how accommodating she was. The place had probably 50 or so people in it counting about 10 or 15 in the bowling area part and our food came back in about 15 to 20 minutes. I think this because we were all considering a second drink. Which, we did because the first ones were so good...I switched to a Bud Light CAN...which didn't impress me, but I guess they have a beer garden with a VB court and do not want ANY glass outside, yadda, yadda. One thing for sure the beer was COLD. Food came and waitress placed EVERYTHING right and did not miss any of my wife's "on the side" order. She could of brought some ketchup out early...which she got for us when asked. But all in all I would give this place an 8 or 9 out of 10. Small town bar & grill, big time menu, EXCELLENT service, timely and FRIENDLY, right up to asking if everything was all right when we paid at the cash register. Need to bring check?!?! We loved it and will definitely go back when through Aurora again. --My wife is from there. Richard Fitzwell...come on Dick Fits Well...what is your problem??!!

One of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Upon arriving, we sat down and saw a teen aged waitress look over at us, and proceeded to text on her cellphone. We waited about 12 minutes to get our menus, which were incredibly overpriced. After ordering, we waited another 8 minutes for our drinks. I ordered a diet soda and my wife a light beer. This took another 5 five minutes. We received our food after quite a long wait, only to find that my burger was charred to a crisp and my wife's chicken fingers raw in the middle. We asked to speak to the manager and got the privilege to speak to the highly intoxicated owner, who was to say the least, rude.
