I have only heard of Grinders food truck and called to inquire about their location in Kearney today, but unfortunately they are not there. Despite not having visited yet, I have seen mostly positive reviews and am looking forward to trying their food soon. The variety of options and the friendly service at Grinders make it a favorite lunch spot for me, with the Pig 3 Way being highly recommended by many. I can't wait to visit and try out their delicious sandwiches and sides, and I hope you have the chance to experience it as well when they are in your area.
