I had dinner at a local spot on Friday night and tried the Western sandwich, which was loaded with brisket, bacon, cheddar cheese, and an onion ring drizzled in BBQ sauce, paired with hot fries. The sandwich was absolutely delicious and the fries were perfectly cooked. The service was excellent, and I would definitely return if I ever find myself back in Chadron, although the chances are slim.
