i worked for jrs on 2seperate occasions fellow cook bill siebert seen what i seen they drop food on the floor and put it back in the pot or on the plate the executive chef is jack march ben french runs the whole show they pre cook fish and chicken and put them in pans i seen mexican or spanish people spit in food and handle food with filthy hands. written by Darryl willaman former sous chef wendover nugget another nightmare former cook jrs bar and grill Elko,nv

I had fond memories of this restaurant from the last three years. Upon this visit to Elko I wa sorely disappointed. The wait staff was indifferent at best. A good piece of prime rib went cold when three people could no figure out how to bring a bit of horseradish sauce. When at the counter to pay another customer and I were studiously ignored. We both had a laugh with the staff's obvious practiced indifference.
When in Elko pass on this restaurant.
