Poor customer service and very unprofessional. We arrived well before they closed (30+ mins) and they left us waiting to order (drive thru). Assumed they were busy, called, no answer. Finally drove up to the window, which they could clearly see us but didn't help us. After a couple of minutes and some honking, an employee opened the window and informed us they closed early. We asked if their manager knew and he claimed that she was also there working. As we were leaving, we decided to speak with the manager and asked an employee who was outside to speak with her/him. She informed us the manager wasn't there, then after hearing we were just told otherwise, she ran in the building and said she would send her out. They, of course, never sent anyone out and I could see some of the employees laughing about it. I have never seen such a DISHONEST and DISRESPECTFUL place of business before.
