Absolutely horrible and I’m still sitting here waiting on my food as I write this. I walked in and after standing for a moment asked the guy sitting at the table on his computer if he worked here (there were no visibly recognizable employee’s and he looked like a customer) he said “well I’m here” rudely. I should’ve known then but there aren’t many food options here so I proceeded. I asked if he accepted Apple Pay, he said no so I went back home to get my purse and as I’m sitting here waiting for my food I’m staring dead at an Apple Pay sign. Anywho I come back in to order and he doesn’t say anything to me but a Hispanic man walks in behind me and he says, “I’ll be right with you in a second.” Just rude. So I proceed to ask him if their chicken is cooked to order or microwaved he says it’s grilled which I assumed meant not microwaved. So I order accordingly. But as he gets ready to cook my food I see him pull out pre-cooked/microwaveable chicken… as an afterthought I also ordered strawberry lemonade so he takes my order & my money then tells me “we don’t have strawberry lemonade today.” As he hands me regular lemonade. Oh and no lids either apparently. He had horrible service & was rude even over the phone as a couple ppl called to place pick up orders while I was sitting there. It also smells really bad inside and although I have yet to receive my food I’m nowhere near as hopeful about the taste of it as I was pulling up to the restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend anyone coming here and he’s probably the reason as to why there isn’t ever anyone here as I’ve passed by multiple times to/fro work and have seen little to no cars here. I’m annoyed I spent my money… but absolutely hate asking for it back after ordering food so I’m still sitting here waiting and yup, another person actually walked in and he was rude to that person too. I understand he’s busy and apparently no one else works here but there’s a way to talk to ppl even if you’re busy and he obviously hasn’t figured that out yet. And his name was Carlos. I’m assuming he’s the owner.

GREAT FOOD and very friendly staff. They put a tasty spin on ordinary restaurant food that makes their menu so exceptional. It was our 1st time there and we will DEFINITELY be back. The breakfast Burrito (I had sausage) is to die for LOL!!!

It was excellent, true friendly safe hardworking staff, I hope they grow this Bussiness into excellence . Keep up the good work, please. Need to expand and bring back a good work ethical restaurant chain like this. Never will I go to McDonalds ever again, rather tip extraordinarily rather than settle for ordinary. All these men and women deserve raises.
