I had to go to Carson City for medical reasons. I was looking for somewhere to eat. Came across this restaurant. Thought I'd give it a shot, but I really was looking for Southern Indian cooking and this was northern cooking. Had been to India three times and southern cooking was my favorite, doses and chapatis. The first thing I do was talk to the chef and see if he would cook me some to chapatis. I was approached by the maître d' and owner that would be impossible. Reason we do not have the right ingredients. Dolly was is this person's name, Panjabi. We had a wonderful conversation. I am a stickler for famous quotes. This woman depicts one of my favorites of Maya Angeliou, "I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." She made me feel wonderful. Oops, looks like I got off track, what I order it was wonderful too.
