I've visited this restaurant multiple times throughout the year and consistently experienced attentive staff, reasonable prices, and freshly made, hearty meals like the Sunday Chandler Fried Chicken and the prime rib special. The diner-style menu offers a variety of satisfying options including breakfast favorites, daily specials, and generous portions such as the ham steak and New York steak, all served in a clean and comfortable casino environment.

Ordered to go. The lady who took the order did it correct. They made the food wrong. We ask for it to be fixed. James the manager was extremely rude. He had them take the Ingredients off but not the rest of the food was contaminated because it wasn't remade. He then touched the food and asked if it was correct. We said no! And he got upset and yelled at me if so and so was correct extremely loud in front of others. When we got the food back and it was correct he never acknowledged it and gave us a dirty look then walked off. Cannot recommend this place anymore. He needs to be reprimanded.

Katies has your typical Diner food, but their standout is their western Burger. That is delicious and their Chicken Fried Steak is also very good. Again this is diner food. If you want high end stuff go next door to the CVI Steak House. They have the best food in the valley...

Katies used to be good. Recently I had a new york steak, ask for A-1. None available, I ask the mgr. why they couldn't borrow some from Sharkey's or Bodines or get some from a local market. He said they would have to raise their prices. Bad answer. Food has down down hill in the 15 yrs I have gone into Katies. Dinner rolls have been hard like hockey pucks.
