Good people and good food

The last 3 times I've gone here I've been disappointed. I called to place an order and the waitress said she was going to place me on hold, which was fine, however the phone wasn't on hold and I could hear everything. She was just laughing and joking around with people and I was waiting 16 minutes for her to pick it up. ( I ended up just hanging up because I drove there.) I had to go in, and she said she was sorry and forgot about us. The food is sloppy now and %90 it's burnt. Would not recommend.
