During my recent visit to Frank's in Edmundston, I found the bartender to be professional, friendly, and helpful. The food options were limited in the area, but the scallops kebab I ordered for lunch was absolutely delicious, with perfectly cooked peppers adding a smoky grilled flavor that was out of this world.
