Each time I go to this location, the female treats me like garbage. She demands that I put the money into her hand when I put it on the counter. Today, I told her it was because of the way we’ve lived during Covid and now it’s a habit to lay money on the counter, close to the employee.

She berated me after hearing this, told me that I’m disrespectful to put the money on the counter and that she wasn’t taking the money.

I waited in the restaurant for 40 minutes for a take out order that she forgot, then after this amount of time she asked me if I was going to order anything already…

I said I’ve already ordered and she rolled her eyes and Put Her Hand In My Face in front of a room with people. It was embarrassing to say the least because I just looked like I’m some guy complaining but in reality, my order was forgotte, it’s the middle of the night and I was being incredibly patient.

During supper time, she told me another day that my order for a large donair was too small and that I would need to go back into the lineup (after waiting 15 minutes) and wait for her to take bigger orders.

I’ve never been treated so badly and consistently by any worker or at any location. I’ve told the owner over the phone about what she has said to me and he says “She shouldn’t be acting like that. Come back and I’ll serve you.” I can expect much more from the guy but this girl’s behaviour is getting worse and it never fails. The dirt stare that she gave me today for a full 10 seconds, straight to my face, made me feel like a total N**ger.

When a worker can be good to other customers while I’m there, but turn to me and let out her days’ frustrations (regularly), there must be a reason behind it and there are only nasty potential reasons for a person to be nasty themselves.
