The catering by Smoking Pig exceeded my expectations with their delicious sandwiches, sauce selections, and salads, particularly enjoying the pulled pork sandwiches and flavorful beans for lunch, and the opportunity to see the roasting pig was an added bonus; the polite and helpful staff made the experience even more enjoyable, and I would certainly return if in the area again, as their outstanding BBQ rivals some of the best I've had in my 16 years living in the South.
