The Sprout offers a variety of flavorful vegetarian and vegan dishes with generous portions, including tacos, sandwiches, and unique specials like the Tempeh Sandwich and Pad Thai. The atmosphere is casual and cozy, the staff are friendly, and although service can sometimes be slow, the overall dining experience is enjoyable and reasonably priced.

Delicious vegan options at this St. John's eatery, where I savored two varieties of tasty tacos - the small portion was just right. The menu seemed slightly updated since my last visit two years ago, now offering a late-night taco selection and a quirky organ in the corner playing tunes. Despite the plastic-wrapped menu, the dishes, like the Tempeh Sandwich with its flavorful BBQ sauce, hummus mix, and fresh veggies, maintained their high quality and made for a satisfying meal.
