During our trip to New Hampshire, my husband and I enjoyed a delicious meal at Eagle Mountain House, starting with generously sized loaded nachos and finishing with an exceptional red velvet cake that even converted my husband's usual indifference to the flavor. The historic hotel offered comfortable, clean rooms and attentive service from staff like Doug and Mike, making our stay both pleasant and memorable with beautiful mountain views and satisfying dishes like pan-seared scallops and lamb chops.

During our recent trip to New Hampshire, my husband and I stayed at the Eagle Mountain House. We weren't able to secure a reservation in the dining room, but were accommodated at the bar instead. The Loaded Nachos with Beef and Chorizo Chili were surprisingly filling and delicious, making it unnecessary for us to order entrees for dinner.
