Every visit at Fat Dog Kitchen has left me impressed by the incredible flavors, especially their corned beef hash and the decadent Fat Elvis French toast with perfectly caramelized bananas and oozing peanut butter and Nutella. The cozy dining room and friendly, attentive staff create a warm, small-town vibe that makes me eager to return again and again for their creative and delicious breakfast offerings.

I've visited this breakfast spot a few times and the food has consistently impressed me. Their corned beef hash and bacon jam are personal favorites, with perfectly caramelized potatoes rounding out the dishes. Despite the small dining space, the overall vibe is charming and the service is exceptional.

I've been in Foodservice approaching forty years now, and the Perro Gordo in one of the tastiest breakfasts I've ever had. I must find out what kind of chorizo they use. It's a quirky, dog-themed, tiny little place, but truly awesome. Enthusiastic, excellent service as well. If you are in Dover, it's a MUST.
