Really disappointed with the grinder I received. It was extremely sloppy and nasty looking. No effort put in it at all, couldn't bring myself to eat it even.

Use to love this place until I ordered the chicken Cesar salad...first time very disappointed but figured they had a busy night an gave them a second chance an i was even more disappointed. The amount of money this small town pizza house makes you would think they could put more then a few crumbles of chicken in there salads. An that's exactly what you will get not pieces not chunks or strip just burnt tiny crumbles....its just lettuce an a crap ton of croutons made to look like chicken. I have lived in Hinsdale for years and probably spent thousands of dollars there my family as well. no need to be stingy all that will get you is loss of buisness. You can afford to put a decent amount of chicken in a salad For the price you ask. Me and my family will no longer eat there. We will make drive to Brattleboro or greenfield.

The delivery service is great and I have no problem with them. However I have been a customer for about 8 yrs and just the other day I ordered delivery of food. The person who answered was so rude. I gave him my credit card number and he said it was no good. So I gave him information and yet again he said it was declined. I tried to tell him he put in wrong expiration again but he was extremely rude and told me he was busy and to call back when I got the correct information. He talked so fast and did not listen when I told him he used wrong expiration date (I am deaf and use closed caption phone). When I tried to explain he just said he was too busy to listen and hung up. Needless to say I am upset. He talked so fast and would not listen to what is being said. He even asked me to hold during part of the conversation. They need to have training in customer service and slow down. So rude. I will now go elsewhere.

Food isn't great and the Greek guy who answers the phone is a complete jerk. He speaks so quickly and you can't understand him. When you ask him to repeat himself he gets very angry..

The food is at best okay. The "gentleman" that took our order was extremely rude. I suggest some form of customer appreciation training for him. What a dick.

TERRIBLE FOOD...service was awful, and the place is very dirty...I actually returned my uneaten food and left!
