I went here with my husband the first time, the Brussel sprouts were still raw and crunchy, and what was supposed to be a balsamic glaze....was just vinegar...the bartender was incredibly rude about it as well when I said they weren't cooked...she rolled her eyes
My husband's short ribs weren't even short ribs, they were these square incredibly tough AND WAY over salted squares of leather..another time I went and got a Caesar salad. .and the lettuce was so drenched in dressing, it wilted, and it had no croutons??
Dockside is good drinks. If you want to have drinks, great. Glorified bar. This places food is GARBAGE

Haddock was rubbery, tacos were not tuna but rubbery haddock, fries were cold. CHANGE THE FRYING OIL! Didn't live up to hype or pictures on facebook

Excellent customer service and the food was phenomenal! Can’t wait to go back

We ordered the Ceviche and garden salad as a meal, an order of fried calamari with a lobster roll and fries, the Stuffies (quahogs) and a garden salad. Everything was delicious!!! The Stuffies are a little spicy and have mushrooms, I wasn’t a huge fan but my daughter gobbled them up!

Went for the first time, probably the last. They’re new I get it but bad experience. Swordfish was ok, rice Pilaf was barely warm, veggies were raw and warm. Wife ordered steak and stuffed shrimp. Steak cold and undercooked, she likes well done, same rice and veggies as mine. Stuffed shrimp didnt come with steak, asked and server said on its way. I was done eating before it came out, was warm and way overcooked, rubbery. Had pupus of muscles, they were good, didn’t like the free RI clam cakes. Asked for more iced tea that never came. Server seemed like a nice lady but was terrible at her job.

Waited for this restaurant to open and we waited a month before we made our reservations, just so they could work the kinks out. That didn’t happen! The rice was in a ball and had no taste and was gel-like. Two of our orders asked for potatoes and got rice. I asked for their veggie of the day and didn’t get that either. Salads came out with meals and the salad plates are plastic and very small. They said they didn’t have enough cooks. Not sure I’ll give them a second chance!

Won't go back. It is an ordinary restaurant that thinks it is high class. Scollops were tough, haddock undercooked and fries were limp and grease soaked.

The new dockside that just came on the scene here in 2020, has very nice atmosphere inside they did a great job fixing the building up. With that being said the prices are right where they should be for the area but the portions are very small. The food is usually way over cooked if not burnt and takes close to an hour to come out for something as simple as fish and chips. The New England clam chowder is not New England clam chowder it is Rhode Island clam chowder and it is a blend of celery and carrot looks like oily baby vomit
