This is probably one of the last restaurants left in the United States that charges for every soda you drink...
NO FREE Refills here...food was ok

This is by far my favorite restaurant. My daughter and i love going here. They food is awesome as well as the staff and owners. Always friendly.

Ate here for the first time in January when i moved to the area. I've tried other chinese restaurants in Dover and Yangtze is by far the best one for miles around. Crab rangoons are amazing and the Karaoke bar is actually quite amusing on friday nights. My girlfriend and I get take-out at least twice every week. Food is super fresh and the wait is never long. Guy who runs the place is super serious but is quite funny once you get to know him.
