The management here lacks professionalism and treats their hardworking employees poorly, resorting to threats and lacking proper leadership skills. Personal drama takes precedence over employee well-being at this establishment, making it difficult to support. While in New Hampshire last week, I visited a drive-thru spot for iced coffee where the staff was friendly, informative, and offered great drink recommendations like the nutty candy bar iced coffee with hazelnut, chocolate, and another syrup I can't recall.
