This sub shop is aptly named! I had a turkey/ham sub loaded with meats, cheese and veggies. The bread was super fresh and so tasty! It was unquestionably the BEST sub I have ever had!!!

This is a dangerous restaurant. The staff does NOT wear face masks, not even after the World Health Organization has told everyone to wear masks in public -- that means anywhere outside of your home -- during the COVID-19 pandemic. An employee stood in the entryway to the kitchen and sneezed all over the food -- she did not even try to cover her mouth. Had she been wearing a mask, then this would not have been a health hazard. I should have just left my food and walked out.
Apparently, this business does not care about their customers' welfare let alone their own health. We will not return.

Good food has been a hard find in Claremont, but best subs has been a reliable source of good, decently priced, quick food. Their subs provide an impressive ammount of bread and meat, and their truffles are wicked good. Poutine is delicious. Five stars.

My husband and I just about stumbled on this little sub shop on our way home Thurs. July31. I loved it as soon as I stepped in. Not sure if it was the family feel or the simple , a little dated look. We ordered our subs, and admired the awesome Christian wall hangings, with beautiful readings while waiting.
Not only were the sub rolls unbelievably fresh, but the filling was more than adequate, no chips needed, which is what I prefer.
A very pleasing first time visit, not only for the food and service, but also the proud Christian displays, a very refreshing sight in this very politically correct world.
