Regrettably, this establishment ceased operations long ago... yet it left an indelible impression on me. My partner and I frequented this locale nearly every weekend, drawn in by its exquisite cuisine. Although the prices were a tad steep, the quality was unmatched. The chef and staff came to know us well, often surprising us with delectable test dishes, like the unforgettable "miso eggplant". Their warmth and hospitality made us feel like part of a cherished community. Oh, how I yearn for those days at that special spot...
