From Maine to Tampa, I've devoured a lot of gluten-free pies, but this one's crust was perfectly crisp without any mushy letdown, and the topping options blew my mind. Frank, Dan, Alvin, and the entire New Haven Pizza Truck crew turned our teacher appreciation week into a delicious party with their incredible pizzas, gelato, and genuine smiles that made everyone say, "When can we do this again?"
