I have rated you highly in the past. No more first of all the young lady doesn't understand enough to answer the phone. Third order was all wrong. Yesterday over an hr on phone describing what we wanted. Had to go down there to show them. Last time had a full large roll of little sliced up chicken yesterday bread cut in half and a sliver of chicken on each one. One slice of lettuce and very disappointed
