If this review would allow negative numbers then negative 2. worst service ever, small portions of food with large price tag. atmosphere was nice except for the mean arrogant restaurant owner with a serious attitude. someone needs to teach that chef how to cook. place is empty all the time because once you have gone there you will never go back.
