The Chinese food at China Pavilion is really good. The service was quick, and the server explained the dishes well. I had the lunch special and it seemed similar in size to the dinner specials others in my group ordered. The General Tso's chicken was made with white meat, and the flavors were authentic and not just sweet. The moo goo gai pan was tasty with flavorful sauce and perfect fried rice. The wonton soup was delicious with big dumplings and a subtle flavor. The dumplings were juicy and a great appetizer. The dining room was spacious and nicely decorated in a Chinese theme. The food was excellent, and the drinks were a nice addition. I had a Dirty Shirley Temple for the first time and it was sweet and fizzy. I went on Christmas Day and the service was good despite the busy holiday. The crab Rangoon was tasty, and the crispy chicken Szechuan was unique and delicious. The tofu and vegan options were great, and everyone in my party enjoyed their meals. The restaurant has been a favorite for 30 years with good service and quality food. The vegan pepper steak was delicious, and the overall experience was great. The wonton soup was flavorful, and the beef broccoli was generous and not too salty. The restaurant was spacious with a separate bar area and plenty of seating. The food is fantastic with great service and a clean environment. The tangerine beef and beef chow fun were highlights, but the fried dumplings were sometimes disappointing. The food is of superb quality, and they offer authentic dishes for those with Asian palates. The staff is friendly, and the food is enjoyable, making it a new favorite spot for Chinese cuisine. The Teriyaki skewers were delicious, and the sliced Pork with brown sauce was flavorful. The Beef Mei Fun was outstanding with delicate noodles and tender beef. The Scorpion Bowl for 2 was a hit, served flaming and smooth. It's a nice casual spot for traditional Chinese food.
