Food quality is superb. You get what you pay for and you can tell you are getting quality. There is a difference.

I completely agree with the other reviewer. The wait time is very long, the help is scattered, and not polite at best.
Some companies spend thousands and thousands of dollars to get people to walk in their door, they get people to walk in and then don't help them when they are there.

Most of the food is above average. Nice new soup and hot food section. Only complaint is the biggest thing you'd expect out of a small business in a small town and that is customer service. Not only are the counter staff old and agonizingly slow at absolutely everything they do, but 9 out of 10 times they are not even polite to make up for the insanely slow pace. It's a shame. Get some people with some new attitudes in that place and they have the potential to be excellent. But as of now I would have to rate them sub-par. Two days in a row I waited 25 minutes for one sandwich, so the next day I decided to call ahead hoping that would solve my issue of watching how slow they make the process and I was dead wrong. Not only was my sandwich not done when I arrived after 20-25 minutes( the place was dead when I got there 10 minutes max it should have taken) but they also made it on a hard roll instead of a sub.it almost seems like they plain and simple just so not care. Customer service should be a priority and it is no where near one at fortes. I won't be going back anytime soon, who the hell wants to wait their entire lunch break just to get their food? NOBODY!!!!!
