During a recent visit to the Clinton Outlets, I stopped by Cohen's in Madison and tried their Cheddar Everything bagel with veggie cream cheese, finding the bagels themselves to have a great chewy texture and flavor, though the veggie cream cheese lacked a strong vegetable presence. I also purchased a variety of bagels to take home, and after freezing and reheating them, the quality remained impressive, especially the sesame and cheddar varieties, while the spinach artichoke cream cheese stood out as my favorite.
