I have been going to main event for several years never had an experience. They have new staff now and everything sucks. I ordered a banana split today clearly asked for it and server gave me melted ice cream. I complained and he made lies saying it was hot was the reason it was soupy. After I denied that lie, he blamed it on the ice cream being a softer type (which I got hard ice cream) so that wasn’t true then proceeded to state that the toppings is the reason it melted. All lies. When he remade it it was sloppy and missing the fricken bananas! Like how!? I’m sad to say that one stupid server has ended my years of service with his blatant lies, smugness, and terrible service. There’s no reason I was treated so poorly.
