This Dominican and Puerto Rican spot is a total party zone! The drinks are flowing, the hookah is lit, and the music is fire. Just watch out for the slow service and the sassy servers, but it's all part of the fun. Be ready to dress to impress and mingle with the friendly crowd - just be careful of those tiny tables that can lead to unexpected beer showers!
