If I could give zero stars I would. Delivery is horrendous. If I wanted to wait over 2 hours to get beer I'd drive somewhere myself.

Owner is rude prejudice has made racial remarks while I was in store. He hangs up on customers keeps them holding for no reason.Delivers products 3 hours late rather than call in extra driver or deliver himself.when he is backed up on orders he will take phone off hook so you cant check on order and no one can order. He clearly cannot handle the buisness. His employees do a much better job particularly the girls will handle customers rather than do the childish thing of taking phone off hook. He reacts off of his miserable emotions

TBE OWNER IS HORRIBLE. HE EVIDENTLY SHOULD LEAVE THE BUISNESS IN E.PLYEEZ HAND. EITHER HES FILTHY RICH OR DOES T CARE ABOUT MONEY.BECAUSE BETWEEEN HIS HORRIBLEPHONE MANAGEMENT PUTTING PEOPLE ON HOLD FOR 20 MIN BEING UNAPOLEGETIC WHEN HE IS 3 HRS INTO A DELIVERY OR TAKI G PHONE OFF HOOK BECAUSE HE CANT MANAGE HIS BUISNESS.I HAVE SEEN HIM YELL AT DISABLED MAN BECAUSE IT WAS RAINING OUT AND DISABLED MAN CAME IN TO PURCHASE SOMETHJNG RUDE OWNER GOT MADE BECAUSS HIS FLOOR GOT WET. I HAVE ALSO OVERHEARD HIM MAKE RACIAL REMARKS WHICH I'D RATBER NOT REPEAT.MANNYS LIQUORS DELIVER AND HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.I FEEL HE NEED TO FACE A BOYCOTT SO HE LEARNNS TO TREAT PEOPLE SITB RESPECT

ONE EXCEPTION-A OWNER NAMED ED-BY LAW HE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO INTERACT WITH HUMANS. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS EITHER. I PLACED A ORDER AT 6:30 THIS EVENING-IT IS NOW 9:22, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT. I CALLED SEVERAL TIMES, HE WOULD NOT ANSWER MY CALLS AND ALSO, WHEN I CALLED BACK-TOOK THE PHONE OFF THE HOOK !!!!
MY ORDER IS PAID FOR, BUT IS NOT DELIVERED. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME HE HAS EXHIBITED THIS UNSTABLE BEHAVIOR. DO YOUR BUSINESS PARTNERS KNOW THAT YOU ARE COSTING THEM MONEY AND CUSTOMERS ????!!!!
