I'm not much of a pretzel enthusiast, but I have to say, these are pretty tasty. I have to give a shoutout to the super nice guy who helped us out - his customer service skills were on point. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and that makes all the difference. Needless to say, we ended up ordering more pretzels after our interaction with him.
