Bagel with Vegetable cream cheese very good the coffee was the worst I ever had

If I could give this place a negative 0 star I would. Our company has been a loyal customer of his place for years. Lately they have repeatedly sent our order wrong, either missing items or completely wrong order. Today I placed a $50 order and was missing a handwritten requested item from my order. I called to ask for the item was at first told that there is nothing they can do and if I want the item requested I can place new order. When I requested to speak with the manager whom said his name was Yeser he said he was busy but will get the missing items to me soon. I called back 2 hours later was told by the manager that they are busy and do not have time to send the missing items and that this was not their problem if I was not pleased with their service. I will be contacting corporate regarding this but also wanted to ensure I warned others about this place. Please avoid if at all possible.
