I made the butternut squash stuffed shells from Antonio's on Route 9, and they were truly amazing! During my last visit, I also tried their sausage, pepper & onion egg rolls, which were delicious and came with easy cooking instructions for both a conventional oven and an air fryer.

I tried the butternut squash stuffed shells from Antonio's on Route 9 and they were fantastic! I made a butter sauce with garlic, sage, and thyme, and topped it with grated Parmesan. Antonio's also offers prepackaged sausage, pepper & onion egg rolls that are delicious and easy to prepare in the oven or air fryer. I can't wait to go back and try more of their ravioli options, like the crabmeat ravioli with homemade vodka sauce.

I have been buying this pasta for over 30 years since they had their small shop in Perth Amboy. The dough is smooth tender and delicious and the filling is full and delicious. A must have for any occasion
