After an eight-year hiatus, I finally indulged in Isaura Bakery's offerings and was truly impressed by the masterful Linzer tart and the spectacular cinnamon-spiced dairy-free coffee cake. The gluten-free breads were a revelation, with rich flavor and perfect texture, a rare find for those of us craving quality without compromise. While some items like the chocolate cookie sandwiches fell a bit flat in moisture, the overall experience-from the moist specialty cakes to the warm, knowledgeable service-left me eager to return for more.

I tried sour dough bread and a baguette. bread was nice, but the baguette taste as a glue inside and has bitter and salty aftertaste, even was crunchy and good looking, BTW price for each item was $10 a piece, which is a little to much for small items as bread was about 5" in diameter.
