The dark chocolate mousse was a crowd favorite, and I would love to order a large cake made of it next time. The strawberry shortcake impressed me with its fresh strawberries and light, fluffy icing, making it my new favorite dessert from Carlo's, where the staff remained pleasant and efficient despite the busy holiday season.

The dark chocolate mousse at Carlo's was absolutely delicious and definitely a crowd pleaser. The lobster tails were good, but a bit tough - the creamy filling inside helped balance out the texture. Despite the busy holiday season, the staff were still friendly and efficient. The strawberry shortcake was a standout, with fresh strawberries and a light, fluffy icing - definitely my new favorite from Carlo's bakery.
