I entered this experience feeling frustrated because my original pizza choice was closed, but my cousin was right about Pizza Terminal being a great alternative. The spinach and artichoke Sicilian pizza I ordered, along with the Grandma and Drunken Grandma slices, exceeded my expectations, and the crust was impressively fluffy and delicious.

I ordered 3 X-Large pies days in advance for 11:45 am for a party. I called the restaurant twice because it's was late and the party ended at 12:30. They owner confirmed the address for the party location. It was correct. Next thing I know I'm getting a ring notification that there's someone at my house. It was delivered 20 minutes late to the wrong location. The driver just left the pizzas on my steps. I had to send someone to pick them up for me and I had the kids sing happy birthday and cut the cake before the kids had pizza. By the time the pizza came the kids had 15 minutes to eat pizza and cake then had to leave. The owner told me to call slice for a refund. Which sounded like a full refund. Slice said the owner would only authorize $10 refund despite not only being extremely late but delivering to the wrong address. This is not the first time they've been late. But today was unacceptable. I will never order from terminal pizza again and would not recommend them to anyone.
