After a lazy evening of cooking, I decided to grab dinner at Maddy's and was pleasantly surprised by the generous portions and delicious flavors. The wet burrito was a standout, served hot and smothered in savory sauce, while the sweet plantains and fresh guacamole perfectly complemented the meal.
