I ended up at Don Alex's in Kenilworth on a whim and was really impressed by the delicious Peruvian food and friendly service. The chicken was juicy and flavorful, especially with their amazing spicy green sauce, and the portions were generous enough to satisfy big appetites. Although the restaurant was pretty empty when I visited, the takeout orders were flowing, and everything I tried-from the fried plantains to the rice dishes-was consistently tasty.

The service is exceptional, and the food is consistently delicious, making every visit worthwhile. I had the ceviche, which was absolutely mouthwatering, along with the lomo saltado that perfectly hit the spot. If you find yourself in the Kenilworth area, Don Alex is a must-try for anyone who loves flavorful Peruvian cuisine.
